My reloading notes for me to achieve sub MOA here in Australia are included. Built on an accurized Remington 700 action, machined, ground and lapped by Robar. It was designed for the advanced marksman, military and law enforcement agencies who collaborated in its design. Rifles used by US military cannot now be exported because of the USA military. (USA Patriot Act). USA price when new was US$4295- plus extras back in the late nineties. They closed their doors after not being able to sell the firearm business as a going concern. I get irregular enquiries from the USA as the rifle is desirable there. Its internal condition is excellent. Very light external finish wear.
