It was designed and manufactured by the American company H-S Precision, Inc. The rifle is very accurate with 7.62×51mm NATO, The rifle consists of a heavy fluted barrel fitted with a Picatinny rail for the fitted Leopold Mark 4 6.5 - 20 x 50mm LR/T illuminated mill dot reticle scope. The rifle is fitted with a 4 round magazine and the stock is synthetic with cheek support as per the original design. This rifle is in new mint condition and has not fired even 10 rounds.
