A great system to keep you in form, DryFire projects targets as laser dots moving across a wall in front of you and links to a laser attached to your firearm and a trigger switch, once set up it provides accurate measurements of your shots (a missed). Also has the software enabled for a projector to be added so you get a "real life" shooting simulator, but also then opens up the options to use it on simulated game.
