Excellent bore. Original faded blue, although the stock seems to have been re-varnished. Bore is very good. No safety on this rifle, as the bolt lug is manually retracted after the round has been chambered and bolt closed. The production run of this rifle model was never serial numbered. A post-production serial number of B2049 is stamped on the barrel. An approximate total of 302,859 were manufactured in the years 1904-1931. Part of my deceased father's estate collection.
