Original factory timber with no signs of wear, other than handling and storage dents as shown indicates this was about new and used lightly by a careful owner. No damage to butt plate, so no drill. Barrel presents as new, maybe 200 rounds been fired, best guess. Stores packing grease still evident. A fine specimen of a first-quarter 1944 rifle. Included: canvas body cover, web sling, pull through and Bakelite oiler and 4 charger clips. Oiler is original wartime manufacture. Plenty of detailed photos for genuine interested buyer.
