This is an Original German manufactured gun, Made in 1942. It would have served in WW2, before being captured behind the iron curtain then shipped off to Israel in the late 1940s during operation Balak. It most likely saw action in the Arab Israeli war and 6 day war. Before being shipped off as surplus in the 70s or 80s. It is unfortunately missing the eagle. But does have multiple Waffenamps. Including on the floor plate, Barrel band, bolt, and barrel. The Barrel is a German manufacture of 1944, and is in the original 7.92x57 calibre (AKA 8mm Mauser) The barrel is fairly tidy, though worn. Its in good usable condition. (I have fired it a few times) The safety is a little stiff. Still cant complain for an 80 year boy that has served through 3 wars. Please Email me first!
