Vortex Picatinny Rail Tripod Mount

The VortexPicatinny Rail Tripod Mount is an optical accessory intended to be used with Vortex's VMS kit system which is now discontinued. This mount has a standard camera/rangefinder/tripod threaded hole connectionon one side and a picatinny grabber on the other. The real value in this mount is to connect it to a picatinny rail on a rifle so it can be mounted on a tripod using the tripod's quick connect adapter. This is perfect for using a tripod as a stable shooting platform in PRS matches for the standing, sitting/kneeling, and prone positions.
