The 686 Silver Pigeon I is Beretta's most popular over-and-under shotgun, which is based on the superb 680 platform that hunting and sporting clays enthusiasts have loved all over the world since its launch in the 1950s. With its unmistakable low, slim action and reliable mechanisms, the new version adopts the perfect ballistics of the Steelium Optima HP barrels and features new floral engravings that showcase a beautiful design of leaves and grape bunches as well as the iconic Beretta logo on each side of the action. The pistol-grip stock and forend of the new 686 Silver Pigeon I are manufactured from selected, oil-finished walnut and are finely chequered for improved grip, even in the rain. The new 686 Silver Pigeon I also features Steelium Optima Bore HP barrels in tri-alloy Beretta steel on the 12 and 20 calibre hunting version.
