Built around Ruger's proven bolt-action platform, the American Patrol Gen II features a cold hammer forged threaded barrel , durable Cerakote® finish , adjustable Ruger Marksman Trigger and an ergonomic Gen II stock with a textured Splatter finish for enhanced grip in all weather conditions. The compact design makes it ideal for carrying over long distances, shooting from vehicles or navigating thick scrub, while the threaded muzzle allows the fitting of a muzzle brake or suppressor (where legally permitted). The rifle is available in .223 Remington, .308 Winchester, .338 ARC, 6mm ARC, .300 Winchester Magnum and 7mm PRC .
