Resulted in a “rookie error” as every 444 case must be trimmed to accommodate the FTX. Started doing it with my old Lyman case Trimmer and the trimmer died. Plan B was to purchase a carbide cutter and new case trimmer with power adaptor. After getting all the gear decided it was all just too hard when I over tightened the carbide cutter and sold the 444 unfired, complete with the dies, brass and projectiles.
