The Pocket K3 uses a higher-resolution 384 x 288 detector with a 15 mm lens, while the Pocket K2 uses a 256 x 192 detector with a 9 mm lens. The K3 also qualifies for the extended 5-year warranty on registration, which the K2 does not. Does the Pocket K3 have a laser rangefinder? No. The Pocket K3 is a scanning and observation monocular with no rangefinder fitted. The RIX Titan series adds a 1200 m built-in rangefinder if you need it.
